App / Solutions / AI Orchestration

Many agents, many steps. One conducted flow.

Instead of separate chats for separate tasks, you just point at a task on your Vision Board — and the AI works it off with sub-agents. You stay on the orchestration level and never have to dive into each chat. Bigger efforts you set up as a Big Project: the AI finds its own way through and can ask back into the funnel anytime.

The problem

Constant context switching wears you down. You need a level above.

In a classic chat you sit inside every task one by one: new chat, explain the context, fetch the result, next chat. Every switch costs focus — and the more runs in parallel, the more you are just the glue between tabs instead of working on the project.

boostN lifts you a level higher: on the Vision Board you point at a task, and the AI works it off with sub-agents. You stay on the orchestration level — you keep the overview and only step in where a decision is genuinely yours to make. The AI handles the rest.

How it works

From a task on the board to a finished result — in four steps.

You work up top on the Vision Board. The steps beneath run deterministically: run 1 goes through exactly the same steps as run 100.

  1. 01

Drop a task on the board

You point at a task — single or as a Big Project. What happens behind it you define once as a Prompt Flow: steps, tools, quality gates.

  2. 02

    Trigger by keyword

A single keyword is enough: boostN resolves the matching workflow and starts it — manually, scheduled or in reaction to an event.

  3. 03

    Sub-agents work it off

Agents handle the steps, MCP tools connect databases, APIs and files. You stay on the orchestration level and watch the live status per step.

  4. 04

Step in only where you are needed

If everything runs through, the result lands where it belongs. If a step needs a decision, the AI asks back into the funnel — and you step in precisely there, nowhere else.

What you get

The tools behind orchestration.

Vision Board

Your project level above the chats: create tasks, point at them, let them run. Larger efforts as a Big Project — the AI finds its own way through.

Prompt Flow Designer

Build multi-step workflows visually — steps, branches, handoffs. Deterministic instead of prompt roulette.

Execution Engine

Runs the flow and holds it together — with live status per step, retry logic and clean error handling.

MCP connectivity

Tools via Model-Context-Protocol: databases, APIs and files become building blocks in the workflow — no copy-paste.

Keyword routing

A keyword resolves the matching workflow. Trigger by hand, schedule or event — the right flow starts automatically.

Quality gates

Checks between steps: facts, format, completeness. Anything that fails does not move on.

Frequently asked questions

What is MCP — and why does it matter here?

MCP (Model-Context-Protocol) is a standardized interface through which AI agents use tools: query databases, call APIs, read files. In boostN these tools become building blocks in the workflow — the agent fetches the data itself instead of you copying it back and forth.

For big projects, do I end up back in every chat?

No. You set up a larger effort as a Big Project and stay on the orchestration level. The AI finds its own way through the steps and works them off with sub-agents. When it needs a decision, it asks back into the funnel — then you step in precisely at that point, instead of running every chat one by one.

Are the flows deterministic or different every time?

The structure is deterministic: every run goes through the same steps, tools and quality gates. Only the content the AI produces at each step varies — the form is governed by the workflow.

Can I connect my own tools and data sources?

Yes. Anything that can be exposed as an MCP tool becomes a building block: your own databases, internal APIs, file stores. The agent uses them in the flow like any other tool.

What happens when a step in the workflow fails?

The execution engine catches errors per step: retry, stop or route to a fallback — depending on how you defined the flow. The live status shows you exactly where it gets stuck.

Do I need my own AI accounts?

You can use your existing accounts (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, self-hosted) — or our services. The right model per step, your limits, your cost control.
