We take the protection of your personal data seriously. Personal data is treated confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.

When you visit this website, only technically necessary data is processed. We currently use no tracking, no analytics tools and no marketing cookies.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Hostinger, a hosting provider based in the EU that meets the requirements of the GDPR.

When you access the website, Hostinger's web server automatically records the following in server log files:

  • Page visited
  • Date and time of the request
  • Amount of data transferred in bytes
  • Referrer (the page you came from)
  • Browser used
  • Operating system used
  • IP address (anonymised)

This data is used solely to ensure the smooth operation of the website and is not analysed by us. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and stable website).

4. Necessary cookie and local storage

Your choice in the cookie banner is stored in a technically necessary cookie (cookie_consent, valid for 12 months), so the banner does not reappear on every page. If you switch between light and dark mode or change the reading settings, this preference is stored locally in your browser (local storage). None of this information is used for tracking or analysed by us. Legal basis: § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG in conjunction with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer or delete it in your browser.

5. Contact form and email

If you send us a message via a contact form or by email, the data you provide (name, email address, message) is processed to handle your request. It is not passed on to third parties and is stored only for as long as necessary to process the request. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries).

6. Fonts

All fonts are hosted locally on our own server. No connection to Google or other font providers is established, and no personal data is transferred to them.

7. Links to other websites

This website contains plain links, e.g. to the boostN.ai app (app.boostn.ai), LinkedIn and X. Data is only transferred to these providers once you click the link. Their privacy policies apply from then on.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Rectification of incorrect data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Erasure of your data, unless statutory retention obligations apply (Art. 17 GDPR)
